As a Ceremonialist, I am honored to create a Sacred space in which I can introduce IxCacao to a curious individual. IxCacao and I hope to create a space where you can recollect your relationship with Mother Earth and Her elements, allowing you to witness these intrinsic energies in your body and your spirit. Cacao guides me to offer you an opportunity within the Cacao Ceremony to explore your inner landscape, informed by your life’s experiences and to co-create your intentions with clarity. IxCacao has taught me that we are all simultaneously teachers and perpetual students and the Cacao ceremony is the sacred classroom for us all.
My desire is to offer you an opportunity to open to the gifts of IxCacao. This Cacao Ceremony encourages you to reconnect with the wisdom of Mother Earth while being supported by the ancient plant spirit of IxCacao.
Let’s explore the expansiveness of your heart while sipping Cacao around the Sacred Fire, allowing IxCacao to begin the process of opening to the Wisdom Within. As you receive Her nurturing gifts for your body, mind and spirit, she assists you in recalibrating your heart, your breath and your nervous system.
During this Sacred Circle we will explore:
- The healing benefits of Cacao and determine the meaning of ceremonial Cacao
- Rediscover our connection with the five Elements, the Cardinal Directions, and our own roles within Nature
- Explore guided breath work, meditation and journeying
- Experience the vibrational healing of the Native American Flute and singing bowl
