Our time together will begin with a grounding exercise, “La Platica” or heart-felt conversation about your ailments or symptoms and then the ceremony will begin with an infusion of incense, honoring our space together. I would have already prepared a lustral bath made just for you with the plants that called to participate in your individualized ceremony. This ceremony includes a combination of the healing energies of water, prayer, love, plants, light, and faith with the intention of washing away all that no longer serves your highest, divine purpose.

Spiritual baths are a beautiful opportunity to welcome and celebrate cycles of life: Birth, puberty, marriage, menopause, and death. Many people find a Spiritual bath to be quite supportive after surgery.
