As a Ceremonialist, I am honored to create a space in which participants can recollect their relationship with Mother Earth’s elements, allowing them to witness these intrinsic energies in their bodies and their spirits. Cacao guides me to offer participants a Sacred Space within the Cacao Ceremony to explore their inner landscapes, informed by their life’s experiences and to co-create with Mother Earth their purposeful paths with the curiosity of the adventurer’s spirit. Cacao has taught me that we are all simultaneously teachers and perpetual students and the Cacao ceremony is the sacred classroom for us all.
The gift of the Cacao Ceremony encourages us to reconnect with the wisdom of Mother Earth while being supported by the ancient plant spirit of Cacao.
Let’s explore the expansiveness of our own hearts while sipping Cacao around the Sacred Fire, allowing Cacao to begin the process of opening to the Wisdom Within, receiving Her nurturing gifts for our physical and spiritual bodies. Siting with others in this Sacred Circle allows us to feel the power that arises as we calibrate our hearts, our breathing and our vibrational energies one with the other.
During this Sacred Circle we will explore:
- The healing benefits of Cacao
- Rediscover our connection with the five Elements, the Cardinal Directions, and our own roles within Nature
- Explore guided breath work, meditation and journeying
- Experience the vibrational healing of the Native American Flute and singing bowl
